BESTpro Personalkonzepte GmbH is staffing an Industrial Painter role for a customer with a site in Gevelsberg. The position involves maintaining painting equipment, checking painted surfaces, and applying primers, topcoats, and sealants, often with spray guns. Applicants need relevant experience and knowledge of the airless process for painting steel structures with 2K industrial paints, along with technical thinking, precision, physical resilience, and teamwork. The role is shift-based, 35–40 hours per week, and includes IGZ/DGB collective bargaining agreement pay, above-tariff allowances, benefits, and a company vehicle.
