The employer is hiring a full-time Industrial Painter in the Mindelheim area to paint machine stands, machine beds, components, sheet metal, frames, housings, gearboxes, and slides. The role includes surface preparation, masking, sanding, filling, phosphating, assembly, paint removal, rework, quality and visual inspections, and maintenance of the phosphating system. Applicants need completed training in industrial or automotive painting, coating technology, or a comparable qualification, or several years of professional industrial-painting experience, along with drawing-reading, quality-conscious, teamwork, and reliability skills.
