Insitu is hiring an Industrial Participation Program Manager to lead global industrial participation and offset strategies, policies, partner identification, investment plans, negotiations, and project execution. The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in offset and/or industrial participation, along with knowledge of defense acquisition, international trade regulations, government negotiations, and complex agreements. The position is hybrid, with onsite work at least one week per month, and offers domestic and international travel of up to 30% and possible relocation assistance.
