Staiger Präzisionstechnik GmbH is hiring a full-time Industrial Production Supervisor - Metal to lead and support its CNC production team. The role covers planning, controlling, and monitoring production; ensuring on-time and cost-effective output; optimizing processes and quality; supporting CNC turning machine setup and commissioning; monitoring safety and quality compliance; coordinating personnel deployment; and training new employees. The position requires further training as an Industrial Production Supervisor for Metal or a comparable qualification, several years of CNC machining experience, CNC turning machine knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. It is based in Bösingen-Herrenzimmern, Germany, with Monday-to-Friday hours from 07:00 to 17:00, no shift work, and performance-based compensation.
