Description
Forvia (Faurecia) is hiring an Industrial Program Engineer in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico to support industrial development activities for new automotive programs. The role focuses on lean manufacturing workshops, PFMEA and reverse PFMA, SMED, work instructions, key characteristic control, plant and line layout optimization, CAPEX and timing tracking, operator training, and handover/support to process engineering after SOP. The position requires at least 3 years of manufacturing process experience, advanced English, lean manufacturing knowledge, and basic knowledge of IATF 16949, core tools AIAG, and relevant Mexican health, safety, energy, and environmental standards.
