Description
Forvia is hiring an Industrial Program Engineer to lead the industrialization and manufacturing launch of assigned projects or programs from phase 1 through six months after start-up. The role coordinates with cross-functional teams, manages customer deliveries, run-rate productivity and quality, start-up budgets, production-line ramp-up, documentation, labor hiring and training, logistics, risks, and improvement initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a similar field, operational experience, at least four years of production-environment experience, plant-launch and process-improvement experience, and English fluency.
