HPC-Industrial is hiring an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead technical automotive paint-shop cleaning services at customer facilities. The role oversees waste management, onsite Clean Harbors employees, equipment and manpower utilization, operational and financial KPIs, safety and regulatory compliance, customer relationships, reporting, and employee development. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of industrial cleaning experience including two years in management, experience with industrial cleaning equipment, scheduling ability, and customer or employee complaint resolution skills.
