Description
Journey Group is hiring an Industrial Field Superintendent to lead on-site construction for water/wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, and related civil and process infrastructure. The role oversees concrete, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process piping work; coordinates subcontractors and field crews; manages schedules, safety, quality, commissioning, documentation, and as-built records; and mentors field personnel. The position requires 7–12 years of progressive field supervision experience, familiarity with process-system startup and commissioning, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
