SimpleXX GmbH is seeking an Industrial System Engineer for Airbus in Bremen on an employee-leasing basis with an option to be taken over. The role analyzes industrial systems and processes, conducts feasibility and profitability studies, runs Lean Line Design workshops, optimizes manufacturing processes and value streams, manages project bottlenecks, designs line layouts and workforce requirements, coordinates suppliers, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and internal guidelines. Applicants need a degree in mechanical, industrial, or economic engineering or a comparable qualification, professional experience in manufacturing, project management, process planning, quality management, lean management, and data analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and familiarity with SAP, Cata V5, and Google Workspace.
