ProMach is hiring an Industrial Engineer to improve operational processes for build-to-order packaging equipment from design through execution. The role focuses on process design, manufacturing efficiency, inventory and job-order procedures, KPIs, material management, equipment layout, time studies, and make/buy decisions. It is a remote position based from home with frequent travel to a major airport, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain for the Secondary and Pharma Business Unit. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, at least seven years of related experience, manufacturing and ERP experience, and the ability to travel 40–50%.
