Description
Exotrail is hiring a Senior Industrialisation Engineer for its Massy site to build and mature the AIT production capability supporting a multi-satellite ramp-up. The role defines production flows, integration and test strategies, qualifies assembly, integration and test processes, standardises work packages, plans capacity and resources, leads industrialisation projects, manages industrial transfer from prototype to series, and may evolve into a Team Lead. The position requires an engineering degree, at least seven years of industrialisation, methods or production engineering experience in a relevant industry, direct prototype-to-series ramp-up experience, strong technical and project-management skills, and fluency in French and English.
