Description
Emotors is hiring an Industrialization and Continuous Improvement Engineer for its Launch Process Improvement team at the Trémery site. The role leads industrial performance across the industrialization cycle, including line analysis, OEE and scrap improvement, equipment qualification, ramp-up support, product-change manufacturability, and lessons-learned documentation. The position requires a Bac+5 qualification or engineering degree, at least three years of industrialization, methods, or process-improvement experience, strong analytical and cross-functional skills, and B2 English.
