Description
The Manufacturing Engineer provides technical support for daily production by resolving manufacturing issues, investigating root causes, developing and validating equipment and fixtures, improving processes, and reducing scrap. The role covers process and tooling design, equipment troubleshooting, production documentation, training, statistical analysis, quality-control tools, cross-functional collaboration, and process validation for new product launches. The desired profile includes an engineering degree, at least two years of professional experience, preferably in medical devices, mechanical and electrical drawing skills, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, statistics and quality-control experience, CAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, project-planning ability, and English proficiency.
