Harmattan AI is hiring an Industrialization Engineer to work on the shop floor, converting early-stage defense-system designs into repeatable production processes. The role covers DFM, work instructions, SOPs, time studies, manufacturability reviews, cycle-time and yield analysis, continuous improvement, and support for automated assembly and robotics. The engineer will bridge R&D, prototype, and mass-production sites and apply lessons learned across the product line. A degree in industrial or mechatronics engineering, lean manufacturing familiarity, French and English fluency, and hands-on shop-floor experience are required.
