Description
Sener is hiring an Industrialization Engineer for its Zamudio worksite to support the design and industrialization of Defense and Space mechanisms and structures for serial production. The role involves sizing mechanical components, sourcing and validating suppliers, designing production tooling and assembly procedures, developing and automating production processes, resolving technical nonconformities, testing prototypes, and preparing technical documentation. Candidates need a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, at least five years of experience designing and manufacturing mechanical equipment in a production or engineering department, and advanced English; international experience and experience in mechanical manufacturing, machine-element selection, and supplier or customer negotiation are assets.
