Description
The Electrical Machine Industrialization Engineer will coordinate with design, power electronics, electromagnetic, and mechanical teams to industrialize new electrical machines. Responsibilities include improving manufacturing and assembly processes, validating and testing machines through back-to-back, FAT, SAT, and characterization activities, analyzing thermal, electrical, and insulation results, validating critical components, supporting IEC/UNE certification, preparing technical documentation, and participating in design reviews. The role requires an engineering degree and 3–5 years of industrialization experience, with renewable-energy project experience and knowledge of electrical machines, power electronics, testing, standards, and simulation tools preferred. The position is based in Lugo, with remote work from another location feasible if the candidate works in person four days per week.
