AUMOVIO is hiring an Industrialization Engineer to design, develop, and implement equipment for electronics manufacturing, ensuring process capability and quality from project launch through serial production stabilization. The role covers equipment ordering, technical documentation, installation coordination, process handover, NPI support, DFM, technical problem-solving, technology roadmapping, audits, and partner coordination. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least three years of process system development experience are required, along with Romanian and advanced English skills and knowledge of industrial robotics, pneumatics, electronics, mechanics, PLC programming, and project management.
