Description
The role assesses and industrializes complex mechatronic and robotic systems from prototype and pilot stages through economically viable serial manufacturing. Responsibilities include analyzing production risks and bottlenecks, developing industrialization roadmaps, preparing product designs, harmonizing CAD, PLM, ERP, and bill-of-materials data, and creating manufacturing, quality, supplier, production-layout, and supply-chain concepts. The profile requires a relevant engineering or management degree, extensive experience industrializing complex systems, knowledge of CAD, SAP/ERP, and PLM, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellent German and English proficiency.
