Description
Wabtec is hiring an Industrialization Leader to oversee the transition of products from design through mass production in a machine shop. The role coordinates industrialization activities across Engineering, R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Operations; manages manufacturing readiness, process validation, tooling, equipment, project budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement; and leads CNC machinery and equipment reliability programs. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least three years of industrialization, manufacturing engineering, NPI, or related manufacturing experience are required, with leadership experience preferred. The role is based in a manufacturing plant or production facility, requires 10% travel, and offers a base salary of $68,900–$98,200 plus health, welfare, retirement, and potential annual bonus benefits.
