Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking an Industrialization Manager to lead the industrialization of Bussmann products and manufacturing solutions. The role owns NPI execution, manufacturing automation and digitization, supplier development, process improvement, value engineering, manufacturing readiness, and support for product launches across Bussmann manufacturing locations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, bilingual Spanish-English ability, and at least five years of related manufacturing engineering experience, including implementing automated processes in a high-production environment.
