Description
The Industrialization Engineer will define and implement industrialization processes for new products, optimize manufacturing tools and methods, improve productivity and quality, collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams, conduct continuous-improvement analyses, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and resolve technical problems. The role requires an engineering or equivalent qualification, preferably initial industrialization or methods experience, along with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM, ERP systems, and operational excellence.
