Emerson is hiring an Industrialization Processes Leader in Łódź, Poland to lead and support global and local product development, localization, relocation, and manufacturing transition initiatives. The role guides a team of mechanical engineers, coordinates complex industrialization projects, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, supports new product introductions and manufacturing operations, and drives process optimization, quality, and continuous improvement. Candidates need manufacturing engineering experience, strong mechanical engineering knowledge, project leadership and team development skills, and proficiency in Polish and English.
