KRISTRONICS is hiring an Industrialization Technician (m/f/d) IE Process Technologies to develop and optimize production-system programs, provide technical support for AOI, coating, and automatic dispensing systems, maintain selective soldering and reflow equipment, manage master data, and train operating personnel. The role also involves collaborating with the IE Lead on industrialization concepts and production improvements. Candidates should have technical training, several years of industrialization experience, a holistic understanding of production processes, independent problem-solving skills, and willingness to work night shifts.
