Modderkolk is hiring a Food & Chemicals Cell Manager to lead a team of approximately 20 employees in the Food & Chemicals cell. The role owns the cell’s profitability, revenue growth, project execution, capacity planning, quality, and growth strategy, while coaching employees and building a professional, accountable culture. The position requires full P&L responsibility, technical or business administration education, comparable leadership experience, and preferably experience in a technical project organization or food and chemical industries. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €6,300–€7,000, a lease car, 38 days off, company equipment, a pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
