C3 AI is hiring an Industry Solution Leader (ISL) for Heavy Industrial to lead enterprise AI solutions for complex manufacturing and shipbuilding customers. The role owns solution strategy, technical direction, customer engagement, requirements, architecture, deployment, validation, adoption, and scale, while leading cross-functional teams and partnering with product and engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least seven years of relevant experience, deep industrial and manufacturing expertise, and the ability to travel to customer locations. The California base pay range is $130,000 to $203,000 USD, with benefits, competitive compensation, and equity.
