C3 AI is hiring an Industry Solution Leader focused on heavy industrial applications, specifically integrated steel optimization and asset performance. The role owns the strategy, technical direction, customer engagement, solution architecture, deployment, validation, adoption, and scale of enterprise AI solutions, while leading cross-functional teams and working with customer engineering, operations, reliability, maintenance, and executive stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least seven years of relevant experience, deep heavy-industry expertise, and the ability to travel to customer locations. The New York base pay range is $130,000 to $203,000 USD, with benefits, competitive compensation, and equity.
