C3 AI is hiring an Industry Solution Leader for Oil, Gas & Chemical to lead enterprise AI solutions focused on process and network optimization. The role owns solution strategy and delivery from problem definition through production deployment and scale, serves as a customer-facing domain expert, identifies high-value operational opportunities, translates engineering challenges into AI and optimization solutions, leads cross-functional technical teams, and partners with customers, product teams, and sales. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least seven years of relevant experience, deep oil and gas or chemical industry expertise, and the ability to travel to customer locations.
