Tarte Cosmetics is seeking an Influencer Affiliate Manager to lead and optimize their affiliate programs across various digital channels like TikTok Shop, tarte.com, and Amazon. The role involves managing creator relationships, executing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with senior marketing teams to drive revenue growth. The manager will focus on scaling high-performing creators, ensuring smooth program operations, and staying updated on market trends.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
Proven experience managing affiliate programs and platforms such as TikTok Shop, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Affiliates, and/or in-house affiliate tools
Experience scaling or launching new affiliate programs
Experience working closely with Amazon storefronts or Amazon-first creators
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of creator commerce, performance marketing, and social-driven sales
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs, creators, and timelines simultaneously
Comfortable analyzing performance data including GMV, revenue, conversion rate, ROI, and commission structures
Deep familiarity with TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, and social-first content formats
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, on-brand creator briefs and outreach
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, especially around links, codes, attribution, and reporting accuracy
Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Passionate about beauty, creators, and representing the tarte brand externally
