Gritter Francona is seeking an Informatics Change Management Lead to spearhead organizational change management strategies for clinical informatics initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The role involves leading the adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions, developing communication plans, and creating training programs aligned with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in Agile environments, Prosci/Organization Change Management frameworks, and familiarity with VA VistA/CPRS, Cerner Millennium/Oracle Health, and interoperability standards.
