Description
The Informatics Manager administers and improves clinical information systems at Apicha Community Health Center, including installing and configuring systems, troubleshooting, end-user support and training, workflow and process improvements, EHR maintenance, data analysis, and project management. The role supervises an EMR Support Specialist and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of electronic health record experience, EHR data and quality-reporting experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of ICD-10/CPT and medical terminology.
