This full-time HR systems consultant role requires implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR, Compensation, and Advanced Benefits modules and Oracle HRMS EBS, including at least five implementations abroad in the USA, India, or Middle East. The role also requires SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and PLSQL knowledge, TOAD and SQL Navigator, global rollout experience, USA benefits knowledge, and C1 English. A university degree is required, and the position offers flexible working hours.
