Tide is hiring an Information Security Compliance Manager to serve as the primary regulatory liaison for Indian financial regulators and partners, own compliance with Indian information-security requirements, define local standards, manage regulatory audits, oversee regulatory risk, report security posture, monitor regulatory developments, and provide second-line-of-defence oversight. The role requires at least seven years of information-security risk and compliance experience focused on the Indian financial sector, including experience with RBI and CERT-IN, and offers flexible in-person and remote work.
