Description
The Information Security Engineering Manager will lead and develop the cybersecurity engineering team, design and deploy security controls, manage IAM and PAM solutions, define security standards, support application security, implement DLP and application security solutions, coordinate cybersecurity projects across IT and non-IT departments, and lead Red Team/Pentest remediation. The role requires higher education in IT, engineering, or university, five years of experience in IT security and technical team management, expertise in data protection, identity, email filtering, EDR/XDR, security hardening, cybersecurity standards, and security architectures, plus fluency in English and French. Remote work is available from Geneva, Vaud, and Neuchatel.
