Description
The Information Security Manager will develop and maintain the Bank’s information security strategy, policies, controls, risk management, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, incident response, compliance, governance, and security awareness programs. The role leads cybersecurity teams, supports regulatory and industry-standard compliance, and provides security leadership to technology and business stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of progressive cybersecurity leadership experience, regulated-industry experience, and professional cybersecurity certifications; the position is full-time and offers a salary of $140,000–$150,000 plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and paid federal holiday benefits.
