Description
The Information Security Manager will own Guzman y Gomez's end-to-end information security programme across cloud platforms, digital products, identity infrastructure, and a franchise restaurant network. The role combines hands-on security operations with leadership, including risk and vulnerability assessments, cloud and identity security, fraud monitoring, SIEM detection, incident response, data-breach notification, PCI DSS and penetration testing, security awareness, managed-security coordination, and AI-informed security. It reports to the Head of Technology Services, leads one direct report, and offers a hybrid arrangement with four days in the Surry Hills office and one day working from home.
