LaBella is hiring an Information Security Manager for its Rochester, New York office to lead and administer the organization’s technology security and risk-management programs. The role oversees security personnel and vendors, develops security policies, manages vulnerabilities and remediation, monitors networks and security tools, leads incident response, ensures regulatory and internal compliance, and coordinates with IT leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, CISSP, CISM, or similar certification, and experience in IT security, network administration, and security-team management.
