Claroty is hiring an Information Security Operations Manager to lead front-line security monitoring, incident response, and engineering operations for enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and emerging AI workloads. The role combines hands-on security architecture and tooling ownership with management of security analysts and engineers, root-cause analysis, threat hunting, and collaboration with software engineering, legal, compliance, and human resources teams. Candidates need at least seven years of Security Operations or Incident Response experience, including three years leading technical engineering or analyst teams, along with EDR, cloud, networking, AI security, and SIEM expertise.
