NVISO is hiring an Information Security Manager (m/w/d) in Germany to lead GRC or incident-readiness consultants, manage strategic client accounts, and contribute to pre-sales. The role develops and drives security and resilience programs, assesses security maturity, conducts risk assessments, supports policies and controls, and collaborates with clients and internal teams. Candidates need NATO or Austrian citizenship, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, CISO or resilience-program experience, knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, and strong English and German communication skills. The base salary is 90,000–120,000 EUR per year, with flexible working hours and home-office possibilities.
