Allianz Services is hiring an IS Solution Architect – Identity & Access Management Security to design, govern, and evolve enterprise IAM architectures across complex, multi-geography environments. The role covers identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication and authorization frameworks, directory services, privileged access management, Zero Trust identity principles, IAM platform architecture, security policies, KPI/KRI reporting, and IAM design authority. Candidates need a relevant higher education degree, at least five years of IAM architecture or engineering experience, and expertise with enterprise IAM and PAM platforms, modern authentication protocols, access governance, and relevant security frameworks. The position offers a hybrid work model with up to 25 days per year working from abroad.
