The St. Louis Public Library’s Central Branch is hiring a part-time Information Specialist to assist patrons with reference and readers’ advisory questions, circulation services, technology assistance, statistics, book drops, returns, and daily delivery. The role requires customer service experience or an associate’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to learn technology.
