Description
The Information Assurance Engineer performs information assurance and cybersecurity activities for government-regulated information systems, including compliance with governing documents and security policies, regulatory assessments, secure operating systems and network testing, vulnerability management, risk assessments, RMF implementation, security documentation, certification and accreditation activities, and architectural security analysis. The role requires DoD 8140/8570 IAM/IAT Level II certification, information systems auditing experience, NIST 800-53 RMF experience, hands-on information assurance tooling, and Windows and Linux command-line experience. The full-time salary range is $95,900 to $178,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
