The Manager, Information Systems will lead a global, matrixed technology team supporting the Manufacturing Excellence product team. The role oversees software delivery, product and workforce planning, technology operations, budgets, vendors, risks, compliance, cybersecurity, quality, and business-outcome metrics. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 8–12 years of experience in a related field, along with leadership, technology delivery, product management, Agile, DevOps, cloud, and regulated-industry experience.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Required Previous Experiences: 8–12 years of experience in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Leading technology initiatives, products, services, and teams
Managing, coaching, and developing employees and matrixed teams
Defining technology roadmaps, operating models, and delivery plans
Technology governance, cybersecurity, quality, compliance, and risk management
