Description
The Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) / Industrial Security Specialist supports the secure operation of classified information systems and the broader Industrial Security program. The role focuses on administering, authorizing, monitoring, protecting, and documenting classified systems, including MUSA systems, while developing toward formal ISSM appointment through training, qualification, and hands-on experience. Responsibilities also include personnel security, classified visits, security education, self-inspections, records management, incident response, DCSA assessments, and coordination with the Facility Security Officer and other teams. The position requires an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of cybersecurity or related experience, a working knowledge of classified-system security frameworks, and eligibility for a required U.S. security clearance; limited remote work may be available, but classified-system duties must be performed onsite.
