Nea Attiki Odos Operation S.A. is seeking an Information Systems Support Team Supervisor to lead the technical support team and oversee the installation, management, maintenance, upgrades, and new-technology implementation of the company’s central systems and facilities. The role also manages support requests, coordinates suppliers and external partners, ensures backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity compliance, contributes to the department budget, and prepares management reports. Candidates need a degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least five years of similar experience, and knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, virtualization, and Microsoft 365.
