The Department of Medical Assistance Services is hiring a full-time Information Tech Audit Manager in Richmond, Virginia, to lead risk-based information technology and security compliance audits, third-party risk assurance, and complex internal audit engagements. The role supervises IT audit staff and senior analysts, reviews audit quality and documentation, develops findings and recommendations, and coordinates with agency management. The position requires considerable experience auditing IT controls, vendor and SOC reports, quality reviews, Microsoft Office and SharePoint, federal and state regulations, stakeholder presentations, and IIA or GAO auditing standards, along with experience supervising IT audit staff. The salary range is $142,508 to $153,828, and the role is primarily office-based with possible travel within Virginia.
