Description
The IT Analyst Principal – Software Engineering serves as a solution architect and principal software engineer for Solano County’s Department of Information Technology, leading digital-transformation implementations and custom integrations across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Power Platform services, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, RESTful APIs, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure AI services, relational databases, and Agile development, along with a bachelor’s degree and two years of project lead or supervisory experience. The position may supervise administrative and professional staff and is available for full-time, part-time, regular, limited-term, or extra-help assignments.
