The role oversees daily IT operations, supports hotel staff, collaborates with the IT Manager on hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications, monitors security and backups, trains employees, maintains IT equipment and inventory, troubleshoots connectivity issues, and coordinates with external vendors. The position requires IT systems, hardware, software, and networking expertise, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, leadership ability, adaptability, and a commitment to data security and compliance.
