Description
The Information Technology Intern will support J. Benton Construction’s IT Department and Jobsite Operations teams as a Helpdesk Technician, handling user requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and Autopilot device issues, managing tickets, maintaining equipment inventory, and documenting resolutions. The role visits office and jobsite locations, requires a rising junior or senior pursuing a relevant degree, prior work experience, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, with prior IT experience preferred.
