Visterra Landscape Group is hiring an Information Technology Operations Manager to lead day-to-day technology operations, including IT service delivery, infrastructure support, vendor management, ITSM and monitoring platforms, security incident escalation, and the integration of acquired businesses. The role manages the internal IT operations team, oversees budgets and vendor contracts, supports a distributed workforce, and partners with the Vice President of Technology and business leaders. It requires at least seven years of progressive IT experience, including three years in an IT leadership role, along with Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise, vendor and SLA management, and M&A integration experience.
