Description
The IT Manager – Business Alignment & Strategic Engagement (BASE) leads Subaru’s BASE program by building business and IT relationships, managing demand intake and prioritization, defining business requirements, aligning initiatives with enterprise strategy, and validating ROI. The role also coaches and develops BASE Business Analysts and monitors portfolio health. It is a hybrid position based in Camden, New Jersey, with remote work two days per week after 90 days, and offers a base salary of $145,000–$160,000 per year plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
